Imperial County Coronavirus Relief Funds FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR LOCAL BUSINESSES & NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS IMPACTED BY COVID-19
The County Board of Supervisors has allocated Coronavirus Relief Funds (CRF), from the federal CARES Act, to assist local businesses impacted by the California Stay-At-Home Order due to COVID-19. The program will provide grants of up to $10,000 per business. Local businesses located in Imperial County may apply for a CRF grant immediately but no later than December 24, 2020. Funds are available to businesses within the County of Imperial, which includes the cities and the unincorporated areas of Imperial County. Funds may be used for: Delinquent rent payments incurred from March - November 2020. Delinquent mortgage payments incurred from March - November 2020. Delinquent utilities payments (water sewer, electricity and gas, incurred from March - November 2020.) Applicants will be eligible for grants up to $10,000 on a first-come, first-served basis and available until December 24, 2020 or until all funds are exhausted. All applicants must provide copies of delinquent bills.
